Processing Time:
All orders are processed in 5–7 business days. During high-volume periods like restocks or sales, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Processing time is how long it takes us to pack and prepare your order before it ships out.

Shipping Time:

  • U.S. Orders: 2–3 business days (after processing)
  • International Orders: 3–21 business days (after processing)

Once your order has shipped, please contact USPS or UPS directly for tracking updates. Blk Sugr  is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they leave our hands.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide! But please note: Blk Sugr  is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country. We ship from the U.S., so international buyers are responsible for any additional charges.

Shipping Address:
Double check your shipping info before placing your order. Once your order is submitted, we can’t guarantee address changes—orders go straight into processing. We’ll do our best to accommodate any requests, but to avoid issues, please update your shipping details in your account before checking out.
